Having sold our house very quickly Brian and I were on the market for either an established home or looking at building a new one. We had seen RBWA adverts for turnkey properties on the net and so started our investigation. Our first meeting with Jeremy Eagleton of RBWA was an impressive one as his professional approach and expertise gave us the confidence we needed for the beginning stages of building our new home.
Everything went to plan and by pre-start we had a fantastic house and plans already to go BUT by then we were feeling stressed out – we had not set a realistic budget we had got carried away with things and felt we hadn’t really done our homework and the extra cost was eating into our retirement buffer so much so we pulled the pin !! no fault of RBWA Jeremy said from the very start remember to talk to me tell me what your thoughts are I will always get back to you – we are a team!! We didn’t listen did we – but we certainly needed him on this occasion. He was extremely reassuring and very understanding no pressure these things happen he said. At the end of the day we just want you to be happy and stress free. We left RBWA feeling embarrassed but relieved.
It wasn’t long however after doing our homework and setting a realistic budget, visiting display homes and talking to other building companies we decided to go back to Jeremy at RBWA. Such a professional, so approachable and very intuitive. He and his team have done a sterling job coming up with another great floor plan within our budget – it’s team work he says !! Brian and I are now over the moon, in control and so looking forward to the end result of our dream home. Thanks so much Jeremy and the team at RBWA for all the help and understanding.
